Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function implements the branding and growth strategy of EY, driving commercial value that delivers measurable market impact. As our Brand Strategy Leader, you will work with Nordic Service Line leadership and teams, and country-based Executives, to drive strategic marketing programs that strengthen our brand – both company-wide and for selected professional services. The position will further collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects end-to-end.
You will represent the Nordics in EMEIA-based marketing networks of peers that are leading similar efforts as yourself within their region. Working in our international environment, you will leverage the breadth of BMC onshore and offshore skills to ensure the development, progress, optimization and documentation of your programs, as an output of the Nordic integrated BMC plan.Your key responsibilities
You will be developing and implementing an overarching brand strategy that positions EY as distinctive and trusted in Finland and amplifies our strengths within Assurance services across Nordic borders. You will partner with BMC counterparts to craft the vision for campaigns and distill that to a sharp creative strategy that is inspiring and measurable.
This is a newly created position at EY, hence we will look to you to contribute to the development of efficient work processes, as well as coordinating and building an agile work environment for the Finnish BMC team members. You will work closely with the country leadership team, and the Nordic leadership team for Service Line Assurance.

To qualify for the role, you must have
a strong track record leading marketing programs that changed how people perceived a brand in a B2B environment
the ability to understand how you convert business strategy to GTM actions, as an output of discussions with visionary leaders and experts within complex professional services
a passion for putting the customer at the center of the narrative and strive for relevance in the campaigns' storytelling and content, tied to the client lifecycle
a positive attitude that inspires the people around you to team up to deliver towards a “north star”, with great communication skills, being fluent in Finnish and English.
a growth mindset, being confident when recommending best practice to senior stakeholders, thriving in an international environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
curiosity to learn new marketing methods and leverage new technology, and expertise in leveraging data and analysis to improve performance of your campaigns, preferably also thru marketing automation
Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing

You will have substantial marketing experience, preferably in a global organization, with experience leading brand and engagement programs with proven and demonstrable results. Experience of coaching and advising senior leaders and peers, working with diverse and virtual high-performance teams.
