By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:Join a professional network responsible for the automation discipline in Equinor, both on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and for our global assets.
Contribute to visualize, maintain and increase the technical integrity for automation services
Contribute to safe and efficient design and execution of modifications
Contribute to safety in design and operations for new assets
Provide technical support to the fascilities
Proactively support assets in production optimisation
You will be part of Equinor’s Automation team consisting of people with various backgrounds and experience. The position offers a great opportunity to develop own competence within an area in rapid and continuous development and actively participate in improvement initiatives to enable Equinor’s ambition to further realize opportunities within digitalization.You

You have a master or bachelor degree. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
Minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience from some of the following areas:Field instrumentation, Safety Automated Systems, OT Infrastructure and networks, Safety Instrumented Systems, Process Control Systems,Emergency Shutdown System, Process Shutdown Systems, Fire & Gas Systems, Turbine / Compressor Control Systems (incl. SAS integration), Operator interface (HMI) incl. large screen, Simulator (SAS / Simulator tools), Advanced Process Control.
Hands-on experience with ABB, Kongsberg Maritime, Siemens, Honeywell or Emerson-delivered SAS systems is desirable
Good knowledge of requirements within the Automation discipline.
Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and NorwegianGeneral information
