Are you an expert within Microsoft 365, Cloud and Architecture? We are now looking for a Technical Engineer that will lead and inspire on our journey going forward!
You will be a part of the Standard Platform and Governance product team, which mission is to deliver a modern and secure core digital workplace to H&M Group colleagues and partners, with capabilities such as information creation, storage, sharing and collaboration. The team provide access to modern, relevant updated digital workplace experience driving productivity and enabling the foundation for efficient collaboration, communication as well as learn and perform cross the H&M Group.Responsibilities
You will be a valuable driving force as a Technical Engineer within the team. You will be taking technical and architectural co-lead focus on core digital platform and on-prem infrastructure. The product team hosts the best knowledge about the M365 platform you can find within the H&M Group and you will be a key partner to help development teams derive actionable insights and requirements by applying your IT architectural and security expertise. You will support by identifying new product features based on business and security needs and opportunities by assessing feasibility and requirements. In close collaboration with other teams and functions such as security and risk, you will contribute to delivering a modern, healthy and secure platform. Furthermore, you will:
Develop a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate security, product and quality metrics and key success indicators
Support with identifying new product features and improvements based on business and security needs and opportunities by assessing feasibility and requirements
Be part of testing the efficacy of new product releases and features
Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & perform UAT
Support the product team with feature testing when needed.
Who are you?
As a Technical Engineer, we believe you have experience from driving large scale IT architectural initiatives in Enterprise organizations with strong knowledge of features offered in Microsoft 365 suite. We believe you will inspire and connect with people and contribute to the team with a positive attitude. It is beneficial if you’ve previously worked in offshore teams and are familiar with the agile way of working. You take initiatives, and continuously work to improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments. Furthermore, we also believe you have the following experience:
IT architecture (IASA, TOGAF)
Enterprise Infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange Server On-Prem, SMTP Gateway Mailwash/hygiene technology, Email authentication techniques)
Microsoft 365 and features such as, but not limited to, Exchange Online, Office 365
Enterprise Hybrid set up (correlation with AD/Azure AD and Exchange Online/Exchange Server On-Premise).
It is beneficial if you have knowledge and experience of:
Security capabilities build in and offered within Microsoft 365 environment
PowerShell, MS Graph
Device management
Network essentials.
