Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, come and join Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). We are currently looking for an Analyst for the Energy Island Team in CAAP in Copenhagen.
The Position
As an Analyst in CIP’s Energy Island Team, you will contribute to the development, structuring and execution of Denmark’s largest infrastructure investment: a first-of-its-kind energy island to be located in the Danish North Sea.
The project is highly multifaceted, involving exposure to a broad range of asset classes, including offshore wind, transmission, Power-to-X, energy storage and other technologies. You will work closely together with a highly experienced investment team in a high-paced, dynamic environment. CIP will constantly seek to challenge and inspire you, while focusing on your learning and personal development. Top performing Analysts may receive an offer to join us full-time upon graduation.
Key work areas include:
Financial modelling, valuation and structuring of investments
Conducting in-depth market analyses, research and due diligence
Preparation and visualization of various presentations, including Investment Committee memoranda
Working together with industrial partners and advisors
The position is part-time and based in CIP’s Copenhagen Office at Amerika Plads 29. The workload will vary depending on the number of tasks you are engaged in with flexibility expected from both sides. You will be given the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule.
The successful candidate
CIP is looking for 3rd year BSc and 1st year MSc students in Economics, Business or any other relevant field.

Top academic performance and strong analytical skills
Strong work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Interest in corporate finance, strategy and M&A
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Team player with strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
Thriving with responsibility and displaying attention to detail
Curious and creative mindset with an ability to work independently
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage, although not a requirement
