Investor Relations & Fundraising Team
Do you want to join a global leader and pioneer in the energy transition towards net zero? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is looking for Analysts to join our Investor Relations & Fundraising Team in Copenhagen.
The Position
As an Analyst within the Investor Relations & Fundraising team, you will be highly involved in all aspects of the investor journey focusing on fund development, fundraising activities and investor engagement and communication. You will get exposure to all funds as we collaborate across all teams in CIP (investment team, asset management, finance, legal, and ESG).
The current Investor Relations & Fundraising team consists of 16 people with different backgrounds from the energy industry, investment banking, management consulting and law.

Flexibility – As a part-time employee you are be able to decide on your weekly workload with flexibility for individual schedules and study obligations
Key work areas include:
Market research and analysis – Development of fundraising and marketing material based on market research and analysis across clean energy technologies such as offshore wind, hydrogen-based fuels (Power-to-X), and other clean energy technologies
Fund development – Development of new fund strategies including financial fund modelling, investment strategy, key fund terms, and ESG and sustainability
Fundraising – Support investor due diligence processes and other fundraising activities incl. preparation and participation in investor meetings
Investor engagement – Prepare material and presentations for investor communication and events (e.g. semi-annual investor meeting with +100 participants)
The successful candidate
CIP is looking for 2nd and 3rd year BSC and 1st year students in Economics, Business, Law, or any other relevant field.
