Description
We at Wise Professionals are helping our client, a well-established actor within the green maritime industry, to find a consultant within After Sales Administration to join their Customer Service Operations team. We are aiming to fill this position as soon as possible to enable a start preferably within a couple of weeks. This is a consultant assignment and the duration of the assignment is six months to start with, with an opportunity for further extension. This is a consulting assignment through Wise Professionals and a full-time position. Preferably you are based in Gothenburg.Main responsibilities:
You will be working closely with the service coordinators, commissioning and service team. The position will also involve close contact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will be:
Follow up spare part orders from customers.
Handle spare part quotations.
Invoicing delivered spare part orders.
Support Service engineers with spare parts before, during and after service.
Assist the service coordinators with all parts needed for any field work.Background and skills
To be successful in this position you should have minimum of 2 years of work experience from similar position and good experience with SAP or a similar CRM system, as well as knowledge of MS Office applications. Since you will be working in an international organization it is crucial that you are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience from maritime, process or other applicable industry is an advantage as well as a Technical background.Personal Qualities
