We invite you to join us in Kongsberg Maritime as an After-Market Support Engineer. You will work with service projects in an international environment in close collaboration with colleagues across departments. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations on vessels, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
In this role you need to be structured, thorough and collaborative. You can expect some routine work, but also to work with other tasks based on your interest. Key accountabilities
Sales of systems, software configurations, onboard services, and spare parts
Handle customer inquiries; managing orders, invoices and rotational duty phone
Contribute to the economical result in aftermarket projects and sales orders
Responsible for your own customer portfolio, and administration of Service Level Agreements
Extensive customer contact and close cooperation with our Global Customer support teams worldwide
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other relevant fields
Experience with customer contact and sales
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge in ERP and CRM systems is considered an advantage
Valid work permit in Norway
