For our Admin Support Vejle team we are looking for an independent and talented Microsoft 365 Responsible for supporting the business on especially SharePoint Online and Teams. There will also be an opportunity for involvement in our business process automation projects.
We have introduced Office 365 in 2018 and more recently Teams. SharePoint Online is still relatively new to the business, as most previous SharePoint sites got migrated to the cloud last year.
The Admin Support Vejle Team consist of 11 dedicated colleagues including team assistants, 2 piccos and an apprentice.
We support the 800 employees in Vejle as well as the Sales & Projects organization worldwide with a large variety of administrative tasks enabling everyone to focus on, what they are employed for.
We aim for "fire prevention" rather than "firefighting" and continuously look for, how we can improve our support, enabling a smooth operation of the daily business.
Within SGRE you will be joining a key user community spanning all business units and regions where you can find additional sparring, and where we are ready to support each other.
How to contribute to our vision
As our new SharePoint Key User, we expect that you are happy to share your knowledge - not only in 1:1s, but also by conducting trainings and introductions to departments or project teams.
As part of your role, you will provide 1st level support to Users by answering knowledge related questions on Yammer, trouble-shooting issues, migrating data with a migration tool etc. Additionally, you will be promoting available trainings within the different areas of responsibility, conduct trainings for owners and users of Groups, Teams, and SharePoint sites.
When you work as a SharePoint Key User in our Admin Support you will represent the business area in the interface with IT and support relevant IT request processes within own area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will set up, maintain, and facilitate the key user community within own area of responsibility: identify and induct new key users, and maintain key user community across regions and business functions in Offshore. You will also be responsible of conducting structured community meetings as needed with key users and communicate using various channels.
If you are interested in the Power Platform, there will be an opportunity to contribute to Business Process Automation cases in Offshore
Your responsibilities will also be to:
Collaborate closely with IT Service Owner, Helpdesk etc. and IT business partner when required in support, change request or major incident-related matters
Participate in global improvement projects by collecting requirements, designing, and testing new solutions, reviewing training materials etc.
Contribute to governance definition for collaboration tool with Product and Service Owner
Review and approve/decline incoming requests for new collaboration spaces, consulting business in best use of tool set for their needs
Communicate news, changes and updates to content owners, and users by informing about new initiatives across the relevant area of the business
Support SharePoint implementation for new facilities (e.g., new factories and office locations) on demand
Front desk staffing in the administration team (rotation)
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a person who loves the fun and the challenge in supporting the business to compete in the race of building some of the largest offshore wind farms in the world.As our new SharePoint Key User, you must have a thorough understanding of the most common IT applications such as Microsoft 365 with focus on SharePoint and Teams. Your work style is characterized as highly structured, and you work concentrated and independently towards achieving our common goals. You continuously look for, how we can improve our support, enabling a smooth operation of the daily business. Furthermore, you thrive in a coordinating role in a global setup and have the ability and willingness to adapt to changes and situations.

We imagine that you are an advanced and experienced user of SharePoint with approximately 5 years of experience working with the tool.
As a person you are positive, constructive, and service minded and have experience with supporting many different stakeholders. Additionally, the person we are looking for is an effective communicator, who thrives by working in an international environment.
Lastly, we assume you possess excellent communication English skills, both orally and in writing.
