Vestas Power Solutions is a part of Vestas Wind Systems A/S and holds the responsibility for innovation, development, and continuous optimization of products. We have R&D departments in Denmark, Germany, England, Portugal, and India. You will become a part of the Project Management department within Power System Integration. The department consists of 8 colleagues distributed across Denmark, Portugal, and India. You will however support all department managers within Power System Integration that counts 8 sub-departments, as well as supporting project managers. Power System Integration is an electrical design organization. We are responsible for the grid connections of all Vestas offerings and the associated technology- and product development. We host highly skilled engineering competencies and deliver solutions to a wide range of cross-functional projects from next generation technologies to product optimizations.
Responsibilities:
You will mainly be supporting the management team and our project managers with various administrative tasks, supporting different leadership processes (project process support, financial, communicative, planning). Therefore, you will be responsible for:

Department communication, newsletters etc.

A variety of administrative tasks, including project, teamsites, and ad hoc tasks

Support project portfolio tracking and follow up

Support resource management

Follow up on time registration, vacation overviews, and finance/budgets

Travel planning and expense handling

Purchase order management
Qualifications:
Can you recognize yourself in the following, then you are probably the one for us:

You are probably a student at EUX Business, Office and Administration or similar

You are interested in and/ or study fields such as organization, management, communication, strategy, development processes, project management, science etc.

You have some experience from other full- or part time jobs

You have fair communication skills in oral and written English

Proficiency in and interest in working in a range of IT systems
