The role:
Ocean Infinity is seeking a strategic Admin and Human Resource Manager who wants to lead the HR work in a leading data analytics and marine robotics business. We are looking for you who are passionate about the HR subject, and who know how HR can contribute strategically to Ocean Infinity achieving its goals.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Overseeing general office operation;
Responsible for optimizing/prioritizing the Management’s time and efficiency with regards to high-level;
Internal and external meeting and requests;
Manage calendars and meeting prioritization;
Plan and organize events such as financial/investor events, international management gatherings etc;
Ensure recruitment, preboarding, onboarding and offboarding in alignment with global and local standards;
Develop and be responsible for the collaboration with the employee unions and Red Rock;
Develop clear policies and ensuring policy awareness;
Drive cultural changes and act as a change agent and sparring partner to management and employees;
Develop and deliver employee training and leadership programs;
Manage legal, employee relations, retention, and performance issues;
Ensure proper and on time administration, documentation, and compliance on all HR matters.Person Specification
Higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level;
5 – 10 years’ experience within HR, preferably in large or medium-sized international organizations;
Experience with Norwegian employment law and work with employee organizations;
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
Good computer skills;
Fluent in English and Norwegian.Desirable:
Knowledge of lifting equipment;
Knowledge about class requirements for lifting appliances.Compliance:
Complies with Ocean Infinity management system policies, all OIMS practices, programs, and procedures;
Successfully completes required training as identified by OIMS and the management team;
Participates in the OIMS by reporting events, attending meetings and workshops, reporting problems, and recommending improvements, and other related activities;
Informs an Ocean Infinity Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager of any unidentified risks, hazards, or system deficiencies in the workplace;
Supports Ocean Infinity’s environmental and social goals.
